2.1 Custom Software Development Projects
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund available if cancellation occurs before any development work begins.
- During Development Phase: Partial refunds may be available based on work completed and project stage.
- After Project Completion: No refunds for completed projects unless otherwise specified in the contract.
2.2 Consultation and Planning Services
- Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- 50% refund available if cancelled 24-48 hours before scheduled consultation.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time.
2.3 Maintenance and Support Services
- Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of monthly/annual maintenance contracts.
- No refunds for one-time support incidents or emergency services.

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive credit for future services:

- Credits can be applied to any BuildCodeChain service
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
